The grapes, traditionally grown, are harvested late to obtain a higher concentration of sugars in the berries, after a partial withering on the plant. The color is red with a fruity bouquet with notes of plum jam. Harmonious and well balanced with the right acidity. Excellent with aged cheeses and cured meats, ideal to accompany red meats and roasts.
